Can’t tell if Mike is ignoring all of our calls, emails and texts or if they’re out of business. Had a good experience when he came out and he spent a lot of time trying to unclog our kitchen drain, including hydrojetting. Price was fair and he worked hard. Would’ve highly recommended then. Our kitchen sink started draining slowly again in recent weeks so we’ve been trying to get a hold of Mike given the 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, he is no longer responding so I guess either they’re out of business or the warranty was just for show.

Odd. I called him today with a mainline issue and he said he has been out of business for awhile. Kinda shady

    Response from the owner

No Mark, we are open, but don’t service Dekalb, IL. as we discussed. Especially being Memorial Day weekend when we are short staff.

Great experience! They came out quickly, were very professional, and fixed both my kitchen sink and a toilet issue that required removing the toilet to retrieve a stuck object. The plumber explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Honest, efficient service and I would definitely call them again. Highly recommend!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the great review!! Without our customers we are nothing!!
