Website says they service a large area of multiple counties but when contacting I'm told they service a portion of EL Paso because its a long drive - even though they could have known this at the time of picking service areas. Why advertise areas you dont service? Kim value's their own time, but not yours.

Have your checkbook ready. Calling to schedule a simple pump will cost you several thousand dollars and will be several months out. That’s if you call the office and talk with the lovely secretary or possibly owner of course. Call the after hours number, after hours and the actual men doing the job will help you. Good luck!

I called today because I was concerned about our septic tank. I was given wonderful advice and feel confident that the advice given is spot on. They could have come out and pumped my septic and charged me, but they assured me everything is as it should be. Now that's integrity! I most definitely will call Honeybee when needed. Thank you for your kindness and your honesty!
