    Called in to schedule a pump and inspection, the call starts with an angry woman just saying hello. So I have to confirm I even called the right place. Then she has a constant attitude as if I disturbed her morning coffee. I schedule my appointment a full week out for 3/26 at 8am. No calls from a driver, no calls from the office. After calling the main number 7 times and leaving a VM, I called every single Honey Wagon number online and still no answer. A full hour past my appointment time and still no call or anyone answering the phones. Back to searching for a useful and RELIABLE service.

    I had used them before for my last septic cleaning so I called them back. The lady seemed irritated while talking to me but set up the appointment for the next morning. She sent one elderly (69 y.o.) gentleman who was very nice but is recovering from an appendectomy AND had just got released from the hospital within the last few days for his kidneys. I was told that I, the paying customer, was going to have to remove the lids that are already dug out, let him pump, then rinse the tank out so he can finish cleaning, and then I was to replace the caps.
