Kyle took our call for a failed septic ejector pump is our collection tank on a Saturday and arranged his schedule to come out Sunday and make a repair. He asked great questions, requested pictures of the collection tank and controls, and showed up with a temporary pump in hand and a plan for a permanent fix later. Communication was great and their cleanup was good as well. Highly recommend. Hidden Gem was the only septic repair company to answer their phone on Saturday. Others said they were open 24 hours but only had voicemail. No other company got back to us on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Hidden Gem performed an inspection and watertight test of our system. Kyle was very professional and provided an additional report of the system at my request. Much appreciated.
