Hernandez Sanitation was a lifesaver! Our toilets started backing up (sewage started coming up the tub drain) at the end of day last week and I was calling plumbers and no one could send anyone out for emergency service. I knew it was septic related but didn't know what the problem was. Isaias was the only person to give me guidance over the phone how to check my septic tank for a clog and clear it - no charge or insane fees (unlike the plumbers I called). We had Hernandez Sanitation come out this week to also empty and clean the septic since I noticed it was getting full.

Response from the owner

Thank you very much for taking a minute of your valuable time to rate our work. It was a pleasure to assist you with your septic tank cleaning. We always strive to do our best on every job and hope to continue providing our services for many years to come. Thank you for choosing Hernandez Sanitation Services.

Excellent service. Isaias is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an emergency and he was able to change his schedule to fit me in within 2 hours after I called. He also explained how the septic system worked and gave me tips on how to maintain the system. I highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Response from the owner

We also try to offer advice and teach our customers how to keep their septic tanks healthy so they can avoid similar problems in the future.

Did a great job helping us out and was great to talk to. Gave helpful info and price was reasonable and even connected me with some other people that helped me with my home. 5 stars!

Response from the owner

Thank you very much for choosing Hernandez Sanitation Services for your septic tank cleaning. We always strive to resolve any issues that arise; however, since every septic system is different, we sometimes need to refer customers to other professionals, though we never leave a job unfinished. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we hope to continue providing our services to you in the future.

I recently had my residential septic system pumped, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The crew arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They worked efficiently, treated my property with respect, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism, honesty, and quality customer service. The entire experience was smooth from scheduling to completion.

Response from the owner

Thank you very much; it was a pleasure helping you with your septic tank cleaning and having such a pleasant conversation with you. I always make an effort to answer all the questions my clients have about their septic systems, and we always approach every job with respect and professionalism, providing quality service.
