Absolutely a great company. Answered on a Sunday and was here on Monday morning. He did a great job and was very personable. His rates are very good as well. You won't be disappointed by hiring him.

I can see why they have 5 stars! Very friendly and respectful father and son duo. Reasonably priced, and didn't try to take advantage of my very limited septic knowledge. They were prompt, and were in and out in no time. Definitely recommend harolds!

You want quick, friendly, and quality service? Hit up Harold. Hands down the best Septic service I've ever experienced. We all hate dealing with septic issues, but it's a lot less frustrating when you're working good people.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers describe septic tank work and the repairs around it. One had the tank cleaned out and tree roots cleared from the system. Another had a full tank pumped and got help understanding a basement drain issue, and a third had a riser added. Speed comes up often. Olivia described a father and son pair who were in and out quickly, and Tamara reached the company on a Sunday and had a visit Monday morning. Tonya called about an emergency and said Harold "asked for my address and came right over". Matt said Harold explained everything to them. Several others mention a friendly, respectful manner on the job.
