I have a small holding tank that needs to be pumped quite frequently and in the past 4 years I have lived here I have received nothing but outstanding service. Kathy is always so nice when I call and they get service to me in a timely manner and when they say they will. I really appreciate the service gentleman that comes through deep snow and cold, I know it must be tough at times. Thank you

Paul and Andrew were amazing. Not only did they come out promptly but they spent the time with us to tell us what is going on in our system, what we can do and what we shouldn't do. GREAT PROFESSIONALS.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers of H & H Septic Services describe pumping work, from a small holding tank that needs frequent visits to a full tank in midwinter. Several say the crew returned calls quickly and arrived when they said they would, and one reviewer got help the same day. Others describe harder jobs. Josh wrote about a frozen pipe to the drain field that the crew cleared during a stretch of -20 degree days, and Amy had a new system installed, saying it was "Dug & buried in a day!" One customer, J, described waiting three months for a bill after a pumping visit, with calls that went unreturned.
