We just had them do a septic clean out today, they came and seemed very rushed, were done in 10 minutes, and when I looked at the septic after they left it a mess. They left all the dirt out and the septic top easily accessible with no concern for safety.

    Response from the owner

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with our service, we did not charge you for digging because it was only level with the ground. This is not a safety concern. There was no grass on top of the lid only surface dirt that had run off of the hill. We are never rude to customers and are unsure how to satisfy this customer.

Glad we called Bear septic, had another company come out to pump 2 years ago and told us our system was failing and needed to be replaced. (Fast forward 2 years without issue) Bear came out, pumped, inspected and confirmed no issues.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for sharing your experience, Matt! We're so glad to hear that everything is running smoothly with your system. Your trust means the world to us. #septicsystemservice #septicsystempumping #inspection #greasetraps #septiccapreplacement Great Bear Septic
