    Phenomenal service from start to finish! We had our septic tank pumped, and they discovered a crack in the tank. We immediately called Grade A Septic, and they were at our house within 30 minutes. They gave us a great price, explained everything clearly, and took care of the repair right then and there. Really nice people, excellent service, and great to work with. I wouldn’t call anyone else. Highly recommend Grade A Septic!

    Have had some problems with the draining lately. Was given a few simple low cost things to try first since the drain field did not appear to be the problem. Was nice to be told to try fixing things I was intending to do for a while would probably fix the issue and not need to dig up the whole yard.

The repair was finished on that same visit. One reviewer had a 30-year-old tank repaired with a new filter, a replaced distribution box and a patched tank. Karl had drainage trouble and was pointed to a few simple fixes to try first, since the drain field did not appear to be the cause. Stephanie says the crew came out the same day and corrected earlier work from another company. David says the crew showed him the parts they checked and put everything back the way it was.
