  1. Cristina D.

    September 2026

I woke up to a leaking light fixture in my bedroom and initially thought it was an issue with the water heater. I called Guillermo, and he came over within minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, showed us pictures of the leak, explained exactly what was happening, and was able to get it fixed. I’m so thankful we caught the problem in time and that Guillermo was able to take care of it so quickly. He provided excellent customer service, took the time to explain the situation, and even explained what could have happened if it hadn’t been caught.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the wonderful review, Cristina. We are glad Guillermo could respond quickly and resolve the issue, and we appreciate you noting his clear explanations and professionalism. We will share your kind words with him, and thank you for recommending us.

Very personable, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Guillermo has a good sense of humor and it was a pleasure to work with his company. We will keep his information on file for the future and highly recommend him.
