I called will with an emergency and he was able to come out in under 2-3 hours, tell me exactly what the problem was, make the necessary repairs, and teach me how to prevent it from happening. This was last year and I am confident that I will not run into a backed up septic again because he taught me how to read my water bill and made professional suggestions on how much water my family should use. That’s above and beyond service to me. I highly recommend goseptic

    August 2026

This company is GREAT. Rooter Plus came out to empty my tank and told my the tank needed repairs for $4,300. I contacted GO SEPTIC & SEWER, and William went over and checked my septic tank and the cost was only $740. He told me my tank was not overfull, as Rooter Plus told me. I highly recommend this company. Great service, and he sent photos to show what was wrong. This is the only septic company I will use now.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience, Amy! Honest, transparent service without unnecessary upsells is the core of our business, so hearing that William was able to provide an accurate diagnosis, along with photo proof, means the world to us. We're grateful for your trust and thrilled to be your go-to septic company moving forward!

  4. Justin M.

    July 2026

William was extremely fast at responding. He came out quicker than we expected and had a fair price for the septic pump out. He found that work previously performed by a different company was done incorrectly and had a way to fix it the same day.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Justin! Septic issues can be stressful, so we always prioritize fast response times and clear, same-day solutions. We're glad William could catch the previous setup errors and get your system working as it should. We appreciate your business and support!

Licence Registers Searched

  • Georgia Certified Septic Tank Installer Companies11 Sept 2026
  • Georgia Approved Septic Tank Pumper Companies11 Sept 2026

We searched Georgia DPH's Certified Septic Tank Installer and Approved Septic Tank Pumper registers and did not find a match for GoSeptic & Sewer. These registers group companies by county of business location and omit addresses and licence numbers, so a company under another registered name or in a neighbouring county may not match. A search with no match does not mean unlicensed, and each register covers only its respective trade.

Local Ground

Around Cumming, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Cumming city page for the full soil profile.
