    I had a water leak in the ceiling of my condo at The Dunes in Fort Morgan. I called GNG and they came out the next day. My situation got... complicated and annoying with a difficult owner in the unit above mine and an HOA being involved. Ultimately, the responsibility fell on the owner of the unit above mine. Lance, the plumber that came out, of course fixed the issues. But more than just successfully completing the plumbing repair he was patient and knowledgeable to help navigate the multi-unit confusion.

    Lance with GNG came today and did an excellent job. He was very professional, personable and explained the work done. He tested thoroughly to make sure the issue was resolved.     Don't let their professional facade fool you. This company puts on a great "dog-and-pony show" of competence and patience to earn your trust, but the moment you are signed up, the price gouging begins. They even pretend to be overbooked, acting as if they are doing you a massive favor by "squeezing you in" or adjusting their schedule to accommodate you. We paid $300 for their "Deluxe Service," which was marketed as a proactive, comprehensive inspection.
