We vacationed in FL last week, while NY had that deep freeze. We came home and realized we were unable to flush, run the washer, or use the tub without issues. We called around 2:30, & Gleason’s showed up around 4:15, after leaving another job. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Turns out we had 12 FT of frozen water in our pipe. 10/10 recommend this gentleman and his business.

Had our sewer drain freeze while on vacation. Called these guys on a recommendation, they were here in a couple of hours, spent 2 more working on the frozen pipe and it’s working like new! Price was reasonable for the conditions. Would call them again!!!!!

Came same day to do an evaluation when my septic system froze. After working through options the next day not only did they find the septic first try but spent 3 hours digging through frozen ground to get to it. Jetted the line and I have flowing water and plumbing again! Fair priced and great to work with!

This company is awesome! We weren’t even sure where our septic tank was, but they took the time to help us locate it and did so within a timely manner plus they are affordable and did amazing work. See you in 3 years Gleasons!

Homeowners frequently call Gleason Septic and Drain Services for winter freeze emergencies, routine tank pumping, and help finding buried tanks. Crews typically arrive the same day to dig down to frozen ground or jet iced sewer lines. Ashley noted that the technician arrived within two hours after leaving another job to clear "12 FT of frozen water in our pipe" and restore household drainage.
