We called and Wendy was very helpful and friendly. Brumsey was on time the next morning cleaning out our septic tank. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Price was reasonable. We will be using them in the future.

Had Gene's Septic Service out to pup our septic tank a few years back when we purchased our house. Cost $240. Called a few days ago and was quoted $350. Men came and charged me $425. I understand that prices can increase over time, but when they quote a price, it should be the price. I would not call Gene's Septic Service again or recommend them. Buyer beware.

Called another service but they were 40% higher. Gene's was also able to come out that day.

Brimsey was absolutely great! I called this company and was able to have someone come out the same day. Very caring and super helpful. So glad I called them. 10/10 service! Will recommend and use for future services!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers mostly describe septic tank pumping that happens fast. Several say a crew arrived the same day they called. Abram phoned at 8am and wrote that by 9:30 "my tank was pumped out and he was gone", and Michael put the time from call to finished job at under 2 hours. Kim and Nathan point to friendly people on the phone and at the tank, and to questions answered along the way. One customer, P, described a return visit where the final charge came in higher than the quote given over the phone.
