    Absolutely horrible!!! Showed up to pump and do a septic test for sale of our house. Showed up for less than 5 minutes and left without saying anything, zero communication. When we called later to see what the problem was he asked how we expected him to do it with our septic in the backyard, even though Sheesleys always did it with NO PROBLEM!! Very sarcastic with zero customer service/respect for the customer. No wonder no one has ever heard of him before. Not surprising to see an extremely low review rating, when many others seem to have had the same experience we had.

    no response for doorbell, two cars in driveway, back yard completely fenced with vinyl fence, called realtor from site got no response from anyone till 3 hours later .

    Same con artist, new business name. Sold me a maintenance agreement and refused to service the unit indicating my landscaping has changed rendering him unable to service the system. Although absolutely nothing has changed with my landscaping. I called multiple times asking him to fulfill his contract and he would always say "Be right there." or "No problem, coming tomorrow." Then he never comes. Reported him to the BBB, BBB investigated and found him impossible to work with and processed the complaint. Also had JET inspect my unit and they told me the electrical wire was not passed to code.

    reference to the landscaping item,that is the wishing well structure placed over the atu,requireing removal to service the aerator of the unit. this system was inspected and passedf by the CCHD upon completion. we were a subcontractor on this project as we only supplied the atu.

    They installed a new septic at a house I was purchasing. After installation the alarm for the system kept going off. I called them to come up and take a look at it but they never did. I probably called four or five times over a 6-month period with almost no response. The job they did was pretty poor. The backfill job was terrible and my yard looks like hell. Was doing some work around my foundation this spring and noticed that they ran the power for the septic system through the block foundation and down a buried drain pipe. No conduit, no nothing.

    the picture shows electrical wiring uf-b which is direct burial wire. this wire does not require conduit or other covering sinceit has aheavy wall anduv inhibitters. the system installation was inspected and passed by cchd and the seller of the property' thanks for your misinformation!

    When I called he seemed friendly and said he would come the same day but never came. He didnt call to say he wasnt coming. when I called back, he never returned my call. I finally gave up and got someone else.
