We recently had a septic emergency and called Fred A. Cook Jr. Inc. Even though they were busy, they added us to their schedule as quickly as possible. I spoke with Rachel in the office several times over two days. She was incredibly patient, never made me feel like I was bothering her, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She explained the entire process in detail, which really helped me understand what to expect. Anthony in the office was also excellent and provided outstanding customer service. When the crew arrived, they worked in extremely hot weather.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your incredible review, AP! We know how stressful a septic emergency can be, so we're grateful you trusted us to help. It is wonderful to hear that Rachel and Anthony provided the guidance and support you needed, and that our crew was able to quickly locate your septic tank, complete the work efficiently, and leave everything clean despite the challenging conditions. Your continued trust and recommendation mean more than you know, and we look forward to being the team you can count on whenever you need us in the future.

Dan from Fred A. Cook Jr. Inc. was absolutely wonderful. We contacted the team because we needed grease pumped out of our septic tank and specifically requested a Friday appointment. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. While they understandably could not guarantee an exact time, they estimated Dan would arrive around 10:00 AM, and right at 10:00 AM, Dan pulled into our driveway. Dan was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and extremely helpful.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Venus. We’re thrilled Dan provided timely, professional service and made the process clear and stress-free. We appreciate you noting his maintenance recommendation and your high recommendation to others. We look forward to helping you each spring and are grateful for your trust in Fred A. Cook Jr. Inc.
