    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Monica! We're glad Greg was able to come out and help, even on a Sunday. While we're sorry the blockage ended up being in the city's main, we're happy he could help identify the problem and point you in the right direction. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Greg. Thanks again for choosing Flush Drain & Sewer!

Guy on phone thinks a clogged main sewage line is not an emergency with a puddle in the basement.. I guess I will just have to poop and pee for them to come check the next day. Understandable that it’s Father’s day but was rude to say it isn’t worthy enough compared to a business building.

    Response from the owner

Joseph, we're sorry to hear you were frustrated with your experience. We understand how stressful a sewer backup can be, especially on a holiday. There may have been a misunderstanding during the conversation, as we strive to help every customer as quickly as possible. Emergency calls are scheduled based on the order they come in and the availability of our service technicians. We apologize if this was not communicated in a way that felt respectful or helpful, as that is never our intention. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please contact our office directly.

We had a fantastic experience with Flush Drain & Sewer. When my sewer backed up into my basement, they came to the rescue ASAP! They were extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained the process, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that combines punctuality, education, and great service like this. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing sewer work. Great job Erik and Josh! 👏

    Response from the owner

Aoibheann, Thank you so much for the awesome review! We’re really glad Erik and Josh could get out there quickly and take care of that sewer backup for you, that’s never a fun situation. We appreciate you recognizing their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything. Thanks again for the recommendation, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need us!

We had our main drain clogged on a Sunday, called them late, and they showed up in the hour. Fixed the drain by snaking out some roots and charged a good price!

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Alex! We really appreciate the 5 stars. Glad we could get out to you quickly on a Sunday and get that main drain cleared, those roots can definitely cause problems. Happy to hear you felt the price was fair. Thanks again for choosing us for your drain cleaning!
