Don’t use, was sadly reccomend them by a good Sewer cleaning company. I kept getting tree roots in my sewer line so I paid 3500 for them to replace my sewer line and my water line with pvc. They didn’t come back to level the ground as he promised so I have a mound in my yard still. Then worst of all, his pvc is holding…where he replaced it. They didn’t replace it all so I still have a section that’s original clay tile and I am back to square one with tree roots still getting in and causing my line to clog. There goes 3500 down the drain.

It takes a lot for me to leave a five-star review, but Flenner Well & Excavating has absolutely earned it. Flenner is currently serving as the excavation contractor for Hartford Homes during the construction of our new home, and I have been very impressed with the quality of their work. As the owner of a home inspection company, a licensed well inspector, and a registered septic service provider, I regularly observe excavation, drainage, well, and septic-related work.

This is the second time we've Flenner Well Services. Both times they showed up earlier than they said they would. John's team did a great job each time. Friendly and fair price.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviews describe excavation and septic installation jobs. Timothy had a septic system installed and said the county health inspector called it a "solid job". Others mention same-day service, a crew that stayed late to finish, and arriving earlier than promised. Not every review is positive. Rick said the septic system installed at his new build in 2020 later backed up into the distribution box, and that the repair he was promised never happened. Two other customers said sewer line work left a mound of dirt in the yard that was never leveled.
