Justin was AMAZING! He came out within an hour, at night, pumped our tank THOROUGHLY like no one else has ever done, and even suctioned the main pipe that was clogged and brought plumbing back to our life! For a family of 6, it was MUCH APPRECIATED! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We are now lifelong customers. I’m just so thankful he didn’t nickel and dime us like most companies, it is seriously a breath of fresh air! He was nice, professional, and even though I think he was tired he still went above and beyond. Seriously, I feel so blessed right now!

    Response from the owner

My father-in law had an emergency leak at his house. I had Elite recommended by a friend. He called me back very promptly and came right out. After having the utilities marked, he came and made the repairs that day! Thank you!

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the review mark we sure do appreciate it!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviews describe septic and drain calls that got handled fast, including a night visit to pump a tank and clear a clogged main line. Gen said the crew "pumped our tank THOROUGHLY like no one else has ever done" during that after-hours visit. Other reviewers mention a backed-up septic pipe fixed the same evening it was called in, and a failing tank sorted out with the options laid out plainly.
