    This was my third time using First Call Septic, and once again, they did not disappoint! Scheduling was super easy. Ron called to confirm my appointment, made sure I didn’t have any questions, and was really helpful. I also got a text with the technician’s ETA and a link to track when they would arrive, which I really appreciated. I had the pleasure of working with technician Chris today, and he was great! He took the time to do a thorough inspection of my septic system and gave me some really helpful suggestions for preventative maintenance, which I appreciated.

    My assistant called to get a pump out but on the call said “septic service”. They came out to do an inspection. We didn’t want an inspection we wanted a pump out. Seems like a miscommunication that should have been in the training manual of a company that specializes in all types of “septic service”. Instead they proceed to charge me. Accept the blame, and train your staff that takes phone calls. Don’t blame folks because you didn’t ask the proper questions to figure out what folks wanted
