    I placed a call with Farmers 2 days ago when my high water alarm kept going off. Got their voice mail system and left a message with my name, number and briefly the problem I was having. Never got a callback from them. As I considered this to be a serious problem, I called a company in Gloucester, who answered the phone and came out today and quickly resolved the problem. It's the last time I ever call Farmers...

    Tried calling another service and their inbox was full. I called farmers and got someone right away, they had an opening that very afternoon. The driver was on time and knowledgeable about what he needed to do. Got right down to business, and was done quickly. Thank you all for such a professional job, it’s good to know in this world there are still companies giving excellent service.
