    This company is unscrupulous, dishonest and not accountable for their mistakes. They came out when my septic was backed up and mislead me that my 3 bedroom 1960s house, used a 1500 gallon tank septic system. My house has 1000 gallon tank, which is obvious by the age and size of my house. However I was charged for a 1500 gallon tank and a 200 dollar over fill charge. Another septic company has confirmed my 1000 gallon tank, and Everything Septic refuses to refund me the difference after admitting that it was their error.

At the time of service, the tank size was identified based on the information and conditions available during the visit. After you later informed us you believed the tank was 1,000 gallons, we offered a service credit as a good-faith resolution, especially considering the service had already been completed nearly two months prior. We never aim to mislead or take advantage of any customer, especially during stressful septic situations. Our pricing also included the emergency response, pumping service, and the condition of the system at the time of service, not just the listed tank size alone. We respect your perspective, and while we may not fully agree on the circumstances, we did make an effort to offer a resolution. We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and appreciate the opportunity to have serviced your property.

    After an appointment with another company fell through, Everything Septic saved the day with a same-day real estate inspection! Their customer service and communication were excellent, and Nick did a great job--even through some unexpected events. I appreciate the professionalism and care of these hard-working people!
