We found a garbage disposal leak the day after Thanksgiving. After calling the office, Tristan showed up within a hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was polite, friendly, and very professional. What could have lingered into the weekend was resolved with just a minor disruption. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Very pleased. Ethical Plumbing was prompt and thorough. They uncovered another issue that was much more serious then what I called them for to begin with. They explained the problems, complete with pictures, in detail. The second problem was in a part of my crawl space which I never would have seen for myself had they not discovered it. I'd definitely recommend Ethical, and will use them again if need be.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Ethical Plumbing! We’re glad our team was able to respond promptly and thoroughly during your plumbing inspection and leak detection service. It’s important to us that we not only fix the issue you called about, but also look out for anything more serious, especially in areas like the crawl space that are easy to miss. We appreciate you mentioning how clearly everything was explained and documented with photos. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’re always here whenever you need Ethical Plumbing again!
