I highly recommend Envirotek. They are professional, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Tim, the technician who came out to perform the service, had the expertise to troubleshoot our problem, and ensure everything was working properly once he completed his work. He was also super nice and explained everything to me in such a way that I understood while having no expertise on the subject matter. The icing on the cake was Daphne, who I originally spoke with regarding the issue and who was kind, caring and concerned and made what was a stressful situation, much less stressful.

    Response from the owner

Suzanne, thank you for sharing this. What you described is exactly what we want every homeowner to feel, a stressful situation turned into a clear plan and a working system. Tim and Daphne will be glad to know they made that difference for you. We’re here when you need us, for the life of the home. The Envirotek Team.

Used them earlier this year. They never followed up on our issue, and after having other work done by someone else it's clear that what they did do was half assed.

My brand new septic tank that was installed by envirotek in Camano Island, started having problems after one year. When I reached out with concern, I was shut down. I had taken every precaution to maintain my septic system appropriately and was even under contract the first couple years for inspections. Fast forward 10 years, I have had to now pay over $8,300 for repairs from this system that was installed by this company. Highly do not recommend this company and their practices. Please find a different company.

    Response from the owner

Dear Ann, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced with your septic system. At Envirotek, we take great pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers, so your feedback is concerning to us. We noticed that the name of the company mentioned in your review, “Envirotech,” differs from ours. While we cannot speak for other companies, we would like to clarify whether we were indeed involved with your system’s installation or service. If we were, we want to thoroughly review your case and understand what happened to make things right. Could you please contact us directly at 360-631-4095 or alan@envirotekwa.com with more details about your system and service history? This will allow us to investigate further and determine how we can best assist you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to resolve this for you. Sincerely, Alan/CEO Envirotek, llc
