Glen answered my call on a Sunday and was pumping my septic tank by noon the next day! He was very knowledgeable and an expert on a backhoe. Thank you for fast efficient service!

Very pleased with Glen and Josh's service. My septic was full, they were quick and extremely professional! They also made sure there were no other issues before leaving.

Came out to pump a septic tank or rude did shotty work and then when customer refused to pay called the health department on the job anonymously so then when the health department come out, they decided the owner and then the owner had to hire another company to do the job, right?

    Response from the owner

David, You were charged and paid for the tank pumping. However, after breaking through the driveway to access the system, we found both septic lids were cracked and needed to be replaced for safety. We explained the situation and the cost involved, but when that part of the job was declined, we followed proper protocol to protect ourselves and the homeowner. We always aim to provide honest, safe, and professional service, and we stand by the work we performed.

Did a great job at a reasonable price, even worked through the rain so I could have my plumbing working by the time I got home!
