El Dorado Septic Service, Inc in Sonora, CA

El Dorado Septic did a great job fixing my broken sewer main. They were very careful with the backhoe and with diagnosing the issue. I felt like I was in great hands with a company who would answer my questions and walk me through the fix. Huge thanks to El Dorado Septic for taking on a tricky job and doing it so well.

Would recommend literally any other company over this one. Paid for a septic draining on a Friday and the following Wednesday it backed up and was full No idea what I actually paid for I attempted everything ,plunger ,softeners ,snaked it for hours with over 16 foot on line clear into the trailers septic and wouldn’t drain Even with my meter telling me it was only cleared a 1/4 of the capacity they still told me it’s a plumbing problem and they wouldn’t send someone out without a cost. Now I’m back where I started ,having to pay a different company after paying el dorado 180 to do nothing.

Dishonest, poor workmanship, way overpriced. There are way better options in town! $40k later I wish I had the option of choosing a different company. At the time we did not. The seller had already signed the contract. Beware! Shop around
