I started having issues with the water flow from my toilet and assumed it was the septic. I called up and described the issue and they told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. A very knowledgeable team who was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Responses were fast, work was efficient, and a clear line of communication was kept between us. Highly recommend EFL Septic Services.

If you want your septic needs taken care of quickly, done right, and at a fair rate, hire EFL! Ernie and his team or highly skilled at what they do and can solve any septic problems you might have, from a simple pumping to a complete rebuild or expansion of your system. EFL's team is very responsive and they always deliver as promised. They've not only serviced our septic system routinely, but also installed a 150 foot expansion to our existing field. They arrived on time and completed the job in just over three hours time!

    Response from the owner

Mr Palmer, thank you very much for the wonderful review and for your business! We appreciate you!

EFL Septic Services was absolutely outstanding! Our septic system backed up over the weekend, and even though they were technically closed on Sunday, Ernie and his team quickly responded, called us back, and worked hard to squeeze us into their schedule the very next day. While other companies couldn’t help, EFL showed up when we truly needed them. Ernie and his crew were extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

    Response from the owner

Wow!! What an awesome review! Thank you so much for that and for your business. We truly appreciate you guys and hope you call us with any future needs.

Kristen wrote that a technician was "here in 45 min" after her tank backed up, and others mention same-day visits for inspections and repairs. A few reviews also describe larger jobs, including a septic inspection ahead of a home purchase and a 150 foot drain field expansion finished in an afternoon.
