Best Price of all service providers on a weekend ! Was here to help with our emergency situation in an hour. He was professional and thorough. This is the FIRST call you should make when you need any septic service. This is an honest and dependable business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

    Response from the owner

Candace thank you for the opportunity and trust

Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the best he could to help us install our drain field, even with the strict regulations from the health department. He did it in good time, and was very open and honest, and explained everything he was doing throughout the whole process.

    Response from the owner

Mrs. Rita thank you for trusting me through all the prosses and for your patience

A 100% I recommend Eddie's Septic Service! In February, I called him up because my septic tank was full. He came and pumped it. He noticed that I had water coming back into the septic tank and told me I might have drainage issues with my drain field. I had to call him back in June with the same issue and that's when I began the process of a new drain field. He told me if I have to come out again to pump it before the permits go through, he wouldn't charge me. Of course he had to come out again. The city came out on a Friday.

    Response from the owner

Jonathan thank you for the trust and happy we were able to fix the problem .

Extremely pleased with their customer service. I called Eddie 30 minutes before closing on a Wednesday afternoon and asked if he could come out on Thursday to empty out my septic. Eddie was at my house by 10:30 am Thursday morning. The job took them about 30 to 40 minutes. He was professional in every way through out the process and had reasonable fees for a septic pump out. He answered all my concerning questions regarding my septic system and gave me truthful feedback. I will definitely use Eddie's Septic for all my future septic needs and recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

    Response from the owner

Jason Thank you so much for those kind words we are glad we were able to come on time before any bigger problems
