Chris was amazing! He came out on emergency Sunday service. Took his time and fully explained everything. I really appreciated how he didn’t push services or extras that weren’t needed and provided suggestions to hold us over till we could afford the descaling service.

Had water backing up from basement floor drain. Called Econo Sewer because I have used them in the past and was very satisfied with pricing and work. Today my technician was Jacob. Unlimited stars for him. He went above and beyond. His patience was limitless. Explained what he was doing every step of the way and even let me watch the process on the camera. He got very difficult clogs out and would not give up until completely cleared. I would for sure use and highly recommend Econo Sewer. Tammy Haugen

Justin came out the same day I called and fixed a toilet that we had been having trouble with for months. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and the different options for fixing it. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how quickly Econo Sewer & Drain was able to get someone out to us. Great service and a great experience. Highly recommend!

We had water back up in our basement while doing laundry back in June. We had awesome service! Blockages cleaned out right away. So impressed. Will definitely use them again!

I could tell from the first call with Dave these guys were the right guys. Matt and Chris did an outstanding job clearing pool deck drain lines that were severely clogged that others gave up on. They kept at it, remained positive and ultimately completed the hard work. I’ve used a lot of service companies in my life and I’ll put this company at the top. Great work!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers mostly describe drain work. Water backing up from a basement floor drain, a laundry backup and tree roots in a line all come up, and the crews cleared the blockages. Tammy says the technician went "above and beyond" on difficult clogs. Sunday emergency calls come up twice, and another customer had a technician out the same day. Several were shown the inside of their pipes on a camera while the work went on. One homeowner needed an underground downspout line dug up, and the crew pulled out a root plug about 4 inches across and replaced the broken pipe.
