We hired East Nor to pump out an old cesspool. When we mentioned that last year the estimate was $800, one technician snapped, “That was last year. This year it’s $1200.”
When I said, “Are you kidding me?” another tech replied, “I can pour it back.”
In the end, we paid $1200 in cash, but we were not happy with the experience. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. No explanation, no breakdown, just attitude. Would not recommend.
Edit: East Nor was hired through another company on 6/14/2025 to pump out an old cesspool during our new system installation. Multiple people were present at the time.

We were hired to pump your existing system for you by the installation company YOU hired. We gave you no such estimate of $800. We had no conversation with you prior to this job. Additionally, we only have ONE "technician" - the OWNER, who does all the jobs himself. I would hope that before posting a review like this, you would check for inaccuracies such as those you posted above. When the price of $1200 was given to you after the work was already done, you complained saying you only paid $400 with another company you used previously. And you are correct, multiple people were present at the time- all the owners and employees of the installation company and the owner here. The company YOU hired came to our defense. They all gave you honest and logical reasons why our price was higher. Mainly because we actually pumped out a full load so they could do the new install. You continued to insist you were overcharged and therefore felt compelled to write this inaccurate review above. Perhaps next time you should ask for an estimate beforehand. I would also recommend that you question why the company you used previously was so much less. Did they actually pump out as much as we did? We are an honest company and have worked in the business for over 50 years which is why the company YOU hired trusted us to do the job and not the company you previously used. We have worked side by side with them on jobs just like this for many years and have never encountered a problem with a customer like we have with you.
