REALTORS AND BUYERS BEWARE of Curtis Robinson with East Coast Septic. I am a real estate professional who has been selling real estate in St. Augustine for almost nine years. Curtis was recommended to me by a fellow agent for septic inspections. He inspected the septic at a property where I was representing the buyer and determined that the septic pump tank and alarm system needed to be replaced. No problem there. He provided a quote and told us he would not be available until late February or early March, which we were also fine with.

Curtis doesn't show for appointments! We had an appointment for 8 am! No call no show! Thanks for that!

Curtis and his team were amazing. He had to take over a job that another septic installer failed to complete and he gave great advise as to how to handle the installation. I had a complicted system on the intracoastal waterway and he was extremely competent and professional. He also has his own heavy machines and septic pumps to complete the job. I would use him again in the future and am very happy with his work.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Jennifer. We were happy to help!

I had a bio-kinetic system installed on the home I recently built. The owner (Curtis) was very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. His prices are fair, and he is obviously extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind words!

Most homeowners describe Curtis Robinson handling septic installations personally, including bio-kinetic systems and full drain field replacements. Peggy noted that "Curtis does his own installations" and completed her tank and drain field installation in a few days. Kimberly reported that her replacement drain field began leaking water three years after installation.
