Let me share an exceptional experience I had with Levi at Dusty’s Drain Cleaning. He thoroughly tested the toilet, shower, and sinks to pinpoint the issue, and was spot on. He went the extra mile and completed everything within 1.5 hours. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable local plumber.

All lines to my septic and drain field froze when I went out of town. Dusty’s said they would come out and they did excellent work! After I thought the back up had stopped, I had to go to work. Dusty’s kept in constant contact with me regarding the severity of the issue. They even gave me a referral to a top notch restoration company that has taken the helm ever since! Thank you Dusty’s for making an awful situation go as smooth as can be!

    Response from the owner

You are very welcome Molly. I am glad we could help.

Excellent communication and service. Levi came out on short notice on Christmas Eve and was phenomenal and fair priced.

Fast response is the clearest theme in customer reviews of this company. Donald says Levi was fixing a drain issue "within 30 minutes of our initial call", and Max writes that Levi came out on short notice on Christmas Eve. The septic work appears there too. Molly describes frozen lines to the septic and drain field and a company that kept her updated while she was at work. Chris's line to the septic was broken and plugged with sewage backing into the house, and he says the crew got the system draining well again.

Before You Call

Choosing between one more repair and a brand new system is a decision many septic owners face, and new septic system installation is a service Dusty's Drain Cleaning offers. If that conversation is coming, one good opening question for the call is what their installation includes, from the first site visit to the finished system.
