Do not call Drainworks! This company is just a scam now. Maybe Josh really is a plumber and once helped people, but now he is just a thief. I called him for a clogged drain. He did send someone out to try to clear it. When they saw it was going to take more work to get it done, he sent a quote and asked for the deposit for the work they would do. We really needed to get the problem handled, so I paid the deposit. No one ever came back to the house, and after giving one excuse after another for a few days, Josh refused to refund my deposit and stopped responding to calls or texts at all.

Sorry for the lack communication, but the office has sent you out a check for the refund. I won’t be available for 3 days I’ll touch bases with you as soon as I’m at the office to make sure you get your check. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Had to update my review....paid this company thousands of dollars to repair my lifting station after being explicitly assured that once the work was completed, I would not have ongoing issues. Unfortunately, only 6 months later, I am experiencing the exact same problem again. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. I have called multiple times and no one will answer the phone or return my calls. If the work had truly fixed the issue as promised, I wouldn’t be back in the same situation so soon.

    Response from the owner

    Thank you for your business

If you are reading this, you are probably in the market for honest companies to assist with your septic system. We usually do not post negativity online; but do not wish for this to happen to anyone. Thus, we will post this msg to every page possible. We give them a 0+++++ RATING. PLEASE DO NOT USE A COMPANY NAMED/CALLED “DRAINWORKS SEPTIC SOLUTION” for your Septic needs. Please note, this is not a roast; instead, own story......
