We have hired this company twice now for two different problems and they are amazing! We got a quote from another company for $1,600 but Drain works came and gave us a quote for $850 total. They do great work and I will always be a repeat customer

We recently had our well pump go bad. We had no water, with a severely autistic son, who is very habit oriented. They were out the afternoon we called. The owner made sure he had the pump ordered before 5pm so he could go pick it up. They stayed until 10pm, got the new well pump in, completely rewired everything and we had water that same night. I can't say enough about the quality and reasonable price for such personal, after hours service!

I’ve tried for months to talk to Jason about a job he done on our property. I texted, called, texted, and called numerous times but he refuses to answer my texts or return my calls. I was hoping to avoid having to take legal action against them but that may be my only alternative. Use at you own will.

I have called Drain Works on two separate occasions. Both times their response time was very quick. The owner Jason and his team were professional and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. They even followed up just to make sure there were no more problems. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair, especially in the Mooresville area.

Had a clogged main sewer line on the weekend between Christmas and New Years. The company the home warranty sent was terrible, and worked for 5 minutes before saying that there was nothing they could do. These guys came out as soon as they could, even at 8:30 PM to get it working again for me. Really nice guys, and they kept me informed of what they were doing and explained exactly what the problem was. Absolutely recommend.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners describe crews clearing blocked main sewer pipes, opening clogged drains, and trenching utility lines. Crews often arrive the same day for urgent drain clogs, with technicians Alan and Cody completing the repairs on site. Mackenzie noted that the team arrived during the evening to clear a backed-up sewer line and "kept me informed" throughout the job.
