Shelby, as you are aware, and as reflected in your last text to us, you requested one final service “sometime after” you moved out that Saturday. You did not request a specific date or indicate that the service was urgent. You had enrolled in our discounted 30-day service with a card on file and agreed to our predetermined route schedule. This discount is provided because service occurs when our route is operating in your area rather than on an individually selected appointment date. Your previous service was completed June 30, and your next predetermined route fell during the week of July 24. We arrived July 24 to complete the final service you requested. Upon arrival, we discovered that another company had already performed the service. We received no notice that our visit was no longer needed, resulting in an unnecessary truck dispatch. Our voicemail and phone lines are operational, and text messaging is also available. You were fully informed of the route terms, agreed to them, received the discounted rate, and we arrived according to the established schedule

I apologize for not responding to this review sooner. I reviewed your file and found the notes. I was disappointed to read this review because it lacks honesty and sincerity. You were quoted a bulk discount of $410 per 1000-gallon tank because you had called to have both tanks pumped. You were told the tech would be there between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. as that’s how we do all of our schedule for the last 10 years. As it comes to the second tank not being needed to be pumped. This is the first we’ve heard about this. Even when we talked when you were upset the only thing brought up was you felt that it should be $ 410.00 for 2000 gallons not per 1000 gallons, I attempted to defuse the situation and said I’m I’m sorry if there was some kind of miscommunication, but our price is as stated 410 per 1000 that included your bulk discount. You nor your husband did not express anything to my tech about the second tank you actually showed my tech where both tanks were and proceeded to have them pumped with no questions asked until the bill was due however even at That time, the question of whether the tank needed to be serviced was never discussed nor expressed. The only dispute was the price you wanted to pay versus the price quoted. My tech proceeded to call me and I reached out to talk. you became agitated and aggressive and told me that was too expensive I encourage you to call around to find out that you’re getting the best price in southern Oregon. We pumped out 2000 gallons told the totaling $820 that included your bulk discount. That’s what you were quoted. That’s what you had agreed to and that’s what we did for you’ve hope you have a wonderful 2026
