This was a company my realtor recommended to do a sewer line video inspection before move in. At the time, they said that there was no access point for the main line, but they still charged me several hundred dollars just to come out. They did literally no work. I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but now I am running into issues with my plumbing and it turns out that their claims about no access were not true.

    Response from the owner

We're very sorry your inspection fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the incorrect access assessment, the inaccurate diagram, and for charging a call-out fee when useful work wasn't performed. We will review this visit with our team, provide additional training, and correct any billing errors. To make it right, we will refund the initial call-out fee and offer a complimentary reinspection; please contact our customer care team at the phone number on your invoice or email support@ourcompany.com so we can process the refund and schedule the reinspection.

My spouse and I cleaned the house and took showers just before our 15 party guests arrived. We noticed that the water in the tub/shower didn't drain all of the way. Then, sure enough the first guest to flush the toilet resulted in an overflowing toilet! I realized that our pipes were clogged up again. I told our guests not to use the bathrooms and called Don! Don graciously came out on a Saturday night to unclog the pipes and get the bathrooms in working order for us and our party guests. Whew! Don really saved the day!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind review. We're so glad Don could come out on a Saturday night and get your bathrooms working so your party could go on. We appreciate you noting the video inspection findings and would be happy to help plan a permanent solution such as a liner when you're ready. Thank you for recommending our services.
