About Dixie Septic Tank Service
From the website of Dixie Septic Tank Service, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.
Dixie Septic Tank Service pumps septic tanks and repairs drain fields in Acworth, with inspections and repairs in the same lineup. That covers both ends of a system, the tank that needs emptying every few years and the field that takes the water after it. Homeowners can call for a routine pump-out or for work on a field that has stopped draining.

New installation is the other half of the work, for full systems and for drain fields built fresh. Before any of it, the crew weighs lot size, soil type and the water table, and a perc test shows how well the ground absorbs water. That check matters around Acworth, where water leaves the soil too slowly across 84.2% of rated ground.

Dixie Septic Tank Service is the only one of Acworth's 8 septic companies whose certification appears on the Georgia DPH rosters, and it appears on both, as a Certified Septic Tank Installer and as an Approved Septic Tank Pumper for Bartow County. The rosters are split by trade, one for installation and one for pumping, so the state confirmation covers each half of the work the company offers. That second roster matters on a call as ordinary as a tank pump-out.

Before You Call
A drain field that stays wet or sends water back toward the house leaves one decision, repair the existing field or install a new one. Dixie Septic Tank Service does both in Acworth, so the first call covers either path. The question worth asking on the phone is which side of that choice a yard is on.
