I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Desert Septic, LLC. After purchasing my home, I relied on their inspection report, which certified my septic system as 'Functional.' However, they explicitly noted in Section 8P of their report that the effluent filter was 'Not present.' When my drain field failed shortly thereafter, a separate professional assessment confirmed that the system should not have passed inspection without this mandatory component, especially given the home's build date.

I can’t believe I waited this long to write a review for Desert Septic, I genuinely thought I already had. This is the only septic company I will ever work with. They are honest, helpful, and incredibly reliable. When we were dealing with some issues, their team went above and beyond to take care of us. Nikki in the office is amazing, organized, efficient, and on top of everything. The staff out in the field are just as wonderful: friendly, professional, and truly great at what they do. I’m extremely happy and grateful for their service.

Desert Septic was great to work with. The guys came out to pump our tank and were very professional and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to find our tank since I had no idea where it was. I'd highly recommend them.
