They had to take out a bush to get to the septic system, working very hard they found the tank lids, he even moved all the branches from the bush covering the lids for me, first rate, on time. Note: the company that came out to do the same thing before I purchased the place obviously didn't even do the work because the bush would have to have been removed to get to the lid. Davis took the time to find and drain both lids, don't do shortcuts, CALL DAVIS SANITATION

Hired Davis Sanitation to pump our septic tank in Rancho Sante Fe in Kingman ,AZ . Did a professional job in quick time. He had to find the lids too! Highly recommend them. Left the yard looking good. Don't call anyone else. He cleaned out both sides of the tank and most septic guys only do the solids side. Thank you

Response from the owner

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe pumping visits that went beyond emptying the tank. William wrote that the crew removed a bush to reach buried lids and described the visit as "first rate, on time". Brad's crew also tracked down the lids and cleaned both sides of the tank, and Charlene and Yev name Chris and Nikki as the pair who arrived fast, answered every question, and explained how the system works.

Before You Call

A Kingman tank does not wait for a convenient week, so the real decision is when to book the next pump-out. One call to Davis Sanitation Systems settles the date, and it is fair to ask on the phone how soon a truck can come out.
