    This place strung me along for months (5) , I called every couple weeks and was repeatedly told they would show up . If you really want work done , call someone else. If I could give lower than one star I would.

    I called this am since my toilet was gurgling and noticed the water in the sink drained slowly. Jim came out this afternoon, pumped the tank and found a couple of issues. He could not have been nicer! Was told we might not have made it through the weekend so I am so glad I called!

    Great company and equipment and Josh the driver and guy who pumped out my thousand gallon tank was great. However, there is a communication problem with this company. Customers deserve to have someone answer the phone and not have voicemail full all the time. Better communication would go a long way!! Thank you again
