I hired Crown Plumbing for a clogged toilet, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician failed to locate the sewer cleanout, which was less than a foot away, and instead drilled a hole directly into my sewer main line. This caused significant property damage and required a full sewer camera inspection and repair estimate from another plumbing company. The independent inspection confirmed there was no root intrusion, contradicting the technician’s explanation.

Kenn was amazing and his knowledge for his trade is unending. Highly recommend using Crown plumbing. There was definitely an opportunity to take advantage and have us replace new valves under the sink but the honesty and knowledge will definitely have us calling them for any future needs. Not to mention calling them on a holiday weekend, they were still reasonably priced.

Great service. I needed a small job done at my home in Crestview. Ken was scheduled and came out the same day. He fixed the issue in short order. We are new to the area and have now found a plumber for our future projects. They get a 5 star rating from me. J.D. Basteyns 5-19-26

The company was easy to contact and was able to make a quick appointment. The technician was a stand up gentleman and very friendly. I was charged $900 to replace my residential backflow valve. So as long as I wasn't taken to the cleaners for the job, I had a good experience with Crown Plumbing.

Local Ground

Around Crestview, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Crestview city page for the full soil profile.
