Coastal Septic Service Inc. in Cocoa, FL

We've been having a very troublesome lift pump issue with our septic system. After calling several local companies, that either didn't show or made an appointment only to cancel at the last minute. I finally happened to see this company on one of my searches. Within an hour after my call, they were on the job. An hour after that, they had the issue identified and resolved! While we don't expect frequent septic issues. I've added these folks to my contacts list and will definitely recommend them to anyone that I hear talking about a septic issue! Great job Coastal!

To do this job pumping out someone else’s poop has got to give you a poopy attitude! However, they were on time, very respectful, and hard worker's. First thing they said was their truck was almost full so they could only pump one tank down then they had to drive down to the Regional Sewer Plant in Melbourne then would return to finish the job. Second tank empty quickly and then they checked the drain field. Both septic tanks and drain field passed inspections. Both employees worked very good together. I highly recommend Coastal Septic. They were quick to set a date that worked me.

Coastal Septic was a pleasure to work with. The owner and front office communicate very well and answered all of my questions. The install crew (Brian, Angus & Ethan) were very good at doing the install, but also explained what they were doing when I asked. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish!

Crew arrived as scheduled, pumped out my septic tank and were on their way. Love dealing with a locally owned company when there so many Private Equity companies out there trying to cheat us.
