The issues brought to Clemmers attention were handled in a timely and professional manner. I deeply appreciate the attention given to correct any issues. Clemmers went above and beyond to make things right. All Clemmers employees treated my project as if it was their own and as a customer, Clemmers staff ensured that my case had priority over other projects which may have been scheduled. Clemmers have ensured me that they will continue to monitor the progress until I'm completely satisfied. I'll like to thank all involved for your service.

    Response from the owner

When an issue arises, we believe how we respond is just as important as the work itself, and our team is committed to standing behind our service until our customers are completely satisfied. It means a great deal to hear that you felt your concerns were treated with urgency and that our employees cared for your project as if it were their own. We’ll continue to stay involved and monitor the progress as promised. Thank you for your patience, your trust in Clemmer Services, and your kind words about our team.

I am so happy to give this review because I just had the best experience ever with one of Clemmer's Technician, George Guido. I have been a customer of Clemmer's for the last 3-4 years and I had grown accustomed to a specific technician coming out to work on my swamp cooler. So naturally, when I opened my door and saw a new face, I was taken by surprise. Yet, right away George warmly and confidently stated who he was and what he was here to help with. It turned out that George went above and beyond during this appointment.

    Response from the owner

Wow, thank you so much, Charmill, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! Reading about your experience truly means a lot to our entire team. We're honored that you've trusted Clemmer Services with your HVAC and evaporative cooler needs for the past several years, and we're especially happy to hear that this visit exceeded your expectations. We believe the best service comes from listening first, educating our customers, and recommending solutions that fit their needs, not applying pressure. We're glad you felt informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the process, even when the news about your existing swamp cooler wasn't what you were hoping to hear. Finding a practical, long-term heating and cooling solution was our goal, and we're excited to help bring that plan to life. Thank you again for your continued trust and your incredibly kind words. We'll be sure to share your feedback with George and the rest of our team. We look forward to completing your new HVAC installation and keeping your home comfortable for many years to come!
