    August 2026

They came out and was supposed to fix our tank and lines, well they did that but they also did not tell us we need a ptrap or a vent they hooked all our lines back in without it, so everytime it rains it floods the house with a smell so bad we could not even be in the house. We r having to replace all the c02 and smoke alarms in the house because the air was so bad it keep setting them off.

    Response from the owner

All of our work was inspected and approved by Habersham Environmental Health Department. We have checked the system and it is working correctly. The price for the job was quoted in advance and agreed to by the property owner. Upon completion of the job, we charged exactly what was quoted and the property owner paid the bill with no complaints. There is an ongoing issue with an odor coming into the house. However, that issue is caused by not having a P-Trap inside the house. We have explained to Crystal over and over that the problem is a plumbing issue not a septic issue. After checking the septic system, both the home owner and I tried to explain that the issue is not due to any of my work. While we sympathize with Crystal, for the unfortunate situation, it is clear that she needs a plumber not a septic contractor.

Had 50 year old septic drain field lines replaced by Chris. Had another less experienced company quote the job for over double Chris's price. Needed this done as quickly as possible and his team was quick to have drain field replaced. Will continue to use him in the future!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind review. We appreciate your business!
