Justin was totally understanding of my needs to help an elderly couple sell their home. He was patient, professional and helped me through the entire process of the septic repairs. He met all my deadlines in time to sell the house and I trusted him every step of the way! Thank you! Denise Walsh, Realtor

When I called and explained a different septic company was not following through with their promise to correct the situation we had, your representative was kind, caring and efficient. She got me on the books immediately and your service was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. Our minds were set at ease and one less worry is on our shoulders now that we have new riser and lid on our septic tank, and the tank has been pumped! Thank you!

If I could give this company less than one stars, I would. This company performed as part of the buyer's inspection on our septic for our home. The individual Justin never sent the final paperwork to the county which is now holding up our closing and settlement date. His excuse was personal issues and never alerted anyone at the company that it wasn't sent. Stay away from this business for your septic needs.

Homeowners hire Cedar Creek Septic for buyer inspections, tank pumping, and unexpected sewer backups. Technicians Justin and Jared often arrive on short notice, digging and using inspection cameras to isolate pipe problems. Michelle called her tank pumping "lightning quick", adding that the lawn looked undisturbed after the work. Callers coordinate with Gabby over the phone to arrange visits on tight schedules. One customer, Nicole, reported that delayed septic inspection paperwork held up her property closing.
