Just Had Cecil’s pump my mother’s house and on several other occasions. Always been good to us and reasonable. I prefer small family affiliated businesses.

    Response from the owner

No customers named Mike on our schedule last 2 weeks, says Your a guide. Most likely a competitor we've had issues with in indianapolis.

Kept rescheduling appointment. Very irritating. Will not reschedule with them! I feel they felt this job was not big enough for them. Very disappointed!

    Response from the owner

No. We told you we were running into trouble pumping a nasty tank, and we can only dump at certain facilities,Before you rudely hung up on us we were gonna have a truck come out to you by noon, or could leave payment. Normally not an issue with most people if they have to be somewhere.

Justin was so friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. He even called me to come a day earlier because he got a cancellation, I really appreciated that bc I was unable to use water. He was knowledgeable and I appreciated his help.

    Response from the owner

We greatly appreciate your buisness! Thank you

I called this morning because our toilets wouldn’t flush and were gurgling. They were at my house within a few hours. They pumped our septic tank and everything is working well again. Excellent service!!!

Before You Call

Gurgling toilets or slow drains usually point to a full tank, and Cecil's pumping service is the fix for that. If a house closing is on the calendar, the inspection is the one to book instead. Worth asking on the phone how soon a truck can reach you if the system is already backing up.
