April and Rob at Cascade Septic were awesome to work with, being a nervous homeowner with no knowledge of septic replacement April walked me step by step through the process and reassured me when I had concerns. They showed up at the exact time they said they would and had delivery of tank and inspection the same day. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and the overall job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Rob and April are about as good as it gets. They answer the phone, they do their best to accommodate timelines, and most importantly, they know their business!! Rob knows how to do it, he can see the system before he starts digging it! April is always there to help and answer questions. It’s really nice in this world to have service like this. Rob finished on time, on budget, and the county trusts his work and we passed easily! I cannot recommend them enough!!

    Response from the owner
