    The service provided by Tobey and his team was exceptional. I called and Heather transferred me directly to the owner, Tobey, who did some troubleshooting and fit us in two days later for a non emergency repair. The cost was very reasonable and we highly recommend them.

    Julian was the best, I learned so muchh from him I had another company for 9 years. And never informed me of having a filter and getting it cleaned. I almost needed a new leach field because of it. Now I have a clean filter and a new septic company that I will and recommend from now on

    Updating this for 2026: I doubt Toby will see this but I just wanted to reiterate i have used Carl's Septic since I posted my original review and not only has Toby helped me catch a failing system, he referred me to an excellent designer to help replace the system in the fall of 2025. Following up this year and Carl's has grown to the point it seems Toby isn't making calls himself now. However, the crew that i get is still excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. Toby please never sell out to private equity or someone else we need you in this community.
