I called C&M Septic & Plumbing because I needed to return a defective water heater (leaking from cold water nipple area) installed that day by another plumber (different business) who was in such a hurry to get to his next client that he left without waiting for the water heater to completely fill, and with an active leak in a kitchen sink pipe, where he had put my towels on the sink cabinet floor that I discovered became wet with the water sometime after he had installed the new kitchen faucet the same day.

JUDE LUCAS gave FANTASTIC customer service and did QUALITY work! He was concerned about every detail. He handled a coordinating tile contractor’s mistakeS EXTREMELY well, which could have been a nightmare! He diffused a pretty awful situation. Again, quality workmanship, great communication, and wonderful customer service! We had an old tub and surround removed, replaced with a new tub, along with new plumbing. He cleaned up well, took pics of his work, and did great finishing work.

Jude and Barry from C&M repaired a septic sewer line from our house to the septic tank. They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in just a couple hours and smoothed out the dirt over the top very nicely. I highly recommend this crew from C&M.

Reviewers describe a company that works on both the septic and plumbing sides of a house. Timothy had a septic sewer line repaired between the house and the tank, and wrote that the crew "smoothed out the dirt over the top very nicely". Bryce lost both toilets in one day and had them running again quickly. Several other reviews cover water heater leaks, a tub replacement and outdoor hose bib work. Jude is named in nearly every one, and customers mention him arriving on time, explaining the job and cleaning up afterward.
