    I highly recommend this septic service. I love it when a service *saves* me money instead of trying to take as much money from me as they can get. Bynum Septic is apparently now Grumps Pumps. They came out the next day after I called for service. I thought our septic tank needed to be pumped out. (Noticed a bad odor in basement when upstairs laundry was draining, and the basement toilet started making a gurgling/bubbling sound). Jonathan and Bailey were professional, polite, efficient, and they really know their stuff!

    Excellent work. Pumped the septic tank, installed a new baffle and new raiser. Very knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions. Very respectful of my house and lawn. They helped lay down plastic to help contain the mud and lawn. Clean and quick work. Would highly recommend them!

    I had a septic company come out and they were trying to upsell me. I decided to get a second opinion from Grumps, Pumps. Jonathan and Bailey came out to take care of our septic issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, honest, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. No upselling, no pressure, just solid, trustworthy service. It’s rare to find a team like this, and because of that, they’ve earned a long-term customer.

    This company charges $100 to use their payment app and when their app doesn't work, the workers will refuse to leave. We've had other businesses come out and do work and we were never treated so poorly. We had already paid this company for other recent services, so they knew we could cover the charge. They Insisted to follow us to the bank to get paid. How fricken unsafe is that!! Even our bank said the issue was with their stupid payment app. To me, it really doesn't matter if you do a decent job if you're willing to hold me hostage to get payment.

    We apologize our system was not working properly that day. That was an unforeseen issue and that apology was expressed on site. The $100 fee was to use a credit card, that was not a payment app fee, but merely a credit card fee. Also, we would never make our customers feel unsafe, the gentleman we dealt with on site offered us to follow him to the bank because it was not far away and would save everyone time and energy. Aside from the $3800 quote, there was an additional option to add risers and a lid for the $1200 to prevent your tank from having to be dug up in the future. This was an optional feature and not required by us. We appreciate your business with us and strive to make every customer experience the best. We are sorry again the software experienced an issue at that day and time.
